Gill Stanyard is a qualified Vision Fast Guide through the School of Lost Borders in Colorado and founder of Listening Tree Vision Quest. She has been out on her own fasts, so you are in good hands 🙂
Gill works as a Psychotherapist and as a Life Development Coach and also Medical Leadership Coach with doctors in Scotland and further afield. Gill has much experience in working with people in distress, with a particular specialism is low self-esteem, low confidence and shame. She is passionate about showing and sharing how nature can reveal our true nature and empowering people to get in touch with their own power.
Bettina Straub is a qualified Vision Fast Guide through the School of Lost Borders and has much experience in Wilderness Rites of Passage work. She is also a qualifed Wilderness First Responder in First Aid.
Bettina received her Transpersonal Psychology degree in Colorado, where she developed a grounded understanding of Eastern mindfulness and human health, coupled with Western psychological approaches. She works as a therapist and as a mindfulness instructor in the USA.
