Health and Wellbeing

There will be an element of physical fasting and isolation throughout the 3 day vision segment. We will provide you with enough water to meet all your hydration needs. You will be fully guided and supported throughout in your preparation for your solo time.

Obviously if you have any medical conditions that would make this difficult, alternatives and alterations exist. As long as you can walk unaided on flat ground for a mile, you have the fitness level needed to attend.

Being together on the course.

Group size is kept small (maximum 8 people) to enhance the quality, experience and depth of our work together.

Ember is shared by Gill and Tom. He may be around on your course, to offer you hugs and magic sticks.

We shall be together as a group for the whole time, apart from when you are physically out on your solo. You will become close to your fellow community members, maybe even finding life long friends.

You will experience life as a member of a small and respectful community, where everyone is responsible for themselves. You will therefore provide your own food and do some of your own cooking. Newton Stewart is the nearest town, approx 8 miles away where you can buy provisions.
